Use of the site

Every tool on STR Host Tools is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You can bookmark, share, embed in spreadsheets, screenshot, print, and reference the math anywhere you like. You don't need to ask permission. Republishing entire pages verbatim is not allowed; quoting with a link back is.

No warranty

The calculators and lodging-tax data are provided "as is." Formulas are best-effort and based on publicly available platform fee structures and state Department of Revenue publications. Rates change. Bugs happen. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. The numbers help you think; they do not replace a CPA, attorney, or licensed advisor.
