- Bug reports — include the page URL (the URL contains your inputs, so we can reproduce immediately), what you expected, what you saw.
- Calculator requests — what's the host problem you're trying to solve? We've got a backlog list and prioritize by host volume.
- Lodging-tax corrections — if a state rate is wrong or out of date, point us at the DOR source and we'll re-verify within the week.
- Embed / syndication — yes, we plan to ship embeddable widget versions; reach out if you want early access.
What doesn't work
- Tax advice questions — we can't answer "do I need to charge X tax in city Y?" That's a CPA's job. We can help you find the source.
- SEO / link partnerships — we don't do paid backlink swaps.
- Cold sales pitches — pass.
Response time: usually within a week. Faster on bugs and lodging-tax corrections.
